This property is well situated in a quiet road just 5 minutes walk from Shepherd's Bush tube station and 10 minutes from Westfield - possibly the best shopping centre in London, with an array of excellent local restaurants close by.

The property boasts a spacious layout with a traditional, classic style that is both aesthetically pleasing and homely. It comfortably accommodates 8 people in two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. There are three bathrooms (two en-suite). Wireless internet access is available throughout.

The combined drawing room and dining room (30ft2 x 12ft, 9.2m x 3.6m) is located at the front of the house on the ground floor and provides a nice light and airy space with high ceilings. The room has been decorated in an eclectic style with green walls, patterned rugs and throws, stunning fireplace with working coal-effect fire, wooden floor and an abundance of art, giving plenty of character to the space. Furniture includes a three-seater sofa, two large and two small chairs and several tables and lamps.

The dining room (which can be closed off for privacy) features dramatic red walls, fireplace and several pieces of dark-wood furniture including a circular dining table with five chairs. Several pieces of art and a piano give this room a classic dining ambience.

The breakfast room / kitchen (21ft9 x 11ft6, 6.6m x 3.5m) is a large area which has been decorated with a classic 'country' feel complete with pine dining-table with five chairs, breakfast bar with three stools, two-seater sofa, various art and sunny yellow walls. Cooking needs are well catered for too - the kitchen has an oven with gas hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a kettle. There's also a sound system in the kitchen – bring your own CDs.

The kitchen leads into the lush garden, with an abundance of trees and plants – the paved floor leading to a pleasant seating area with modern wooden garden furniture comprising a table and numerous chairs. The garden retains the sunshine throughout the afternoon.

Decorated with subtle tones, the room features a desk and chair, bedside table with lamp, two sets of drawers, mirrored wardrobe, fireplace and stunning high ceilings. The second double bedroom (16ft10 x 8ft3, 4.9m x 2.5m) is light and airy and has a basin, set of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Just 5 minutes walk from Shepherd's Bush tube station, the property is well situated for transport links. The number 49 bus leaves from the end of the street - this bus will take you directly to High Street Kensington (quality restaurants, bars and shops). Lovely Holland Park is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Good pubs and bars in the area include The Havelock Tavern (one of London's first gastro-pubs) - 3 minutes from the property, The Queen's Head hotel and bar and The Old Parr's Head, a bar serving excellent Thai food.

You also have Westfield close at hand. This is London's largest and newest shopping centre housing several excellent supermarkets, including a flagship M&S and Waitrose and a large selection of designer and high-street shops. There's also a food court, champagne bar and numerous restaurants - everything you need under one roof!
