The room benefits from a collection of ethnic ornaments and artefacts displayed on shelves to the left of a dark wooden dining table which seats 4. For entertainment there is a flat-screen TV with Sky channels and a DVD player. The room has a lovely homely feel and has plenty of light from the large windows.

A few steps down leads to the main dining area and kitchen. The dining area features a handsome wooden dining table which seats eight people. There is a sound system where you can play your own CDs.

The kitchen blends black granite and a black tiled wall with rustic wooden cupboards. Here there is a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave.

Large French windows from this room not only allow plenty of light into the space but also provide access to the private paved, south facing, patio garden which twinkles at night when the lights are turned on – when the sun is shining this is a great place to eat as there is a table with four chairs and a BBQ.

On the ground floor there's also a guest cloakroom/loo.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom (13ft9 x 13ft1, 4.2m x 4m) boasts large windows that allow lots of light into the room.
