There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Wireless internet access is available throughout.

The eclectic collection of artwork displayed throughout gives the house a warm, homely feel and adds interest to every room. The drawing room (19ft x 12ft1, 5.7m x 3.6m) is the first room that guests will discover – a very welcoming room with wooden floors, stunning fireplace, 3-seater sofa, two chairs, wooden furniture, collection of art books and various ethnic touches including a patterned rug and interesting wooden sculptures.

The room has been opened up to include a dining room, which has a handsome polished wooden dining table with six chairs and an interesting selection of portraits and various other paintings on the wall.

The kitchen (14ft8 x 12ft1, 4.5m x 3.6m), which overlooks the garden, is located downstairs and has an impressive terracotta tiled floor and a traditional cherry red Rayburn oven as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer and a contemporary white dining table with four chairs. This room provides access to the garden.

Next door to the kitchen is a comfortable family room (14ft6 x 12ft5, 4.4m x 3.8m) which has a patterned terracotta tiled floor, two chairs, 2-seater sofa bed, fun collection of art, wooden cabinets and a fully-stocked bookshelf. Here there is a TV with DVD player and digital channels.

Also on the ground floor is a small bedroom (10ft9 x 8ft2, 3.3m x 2.4m) with double bed (4ft6 wide), cream carpets, shelf space and chair.

Between the living/dining room and the kitchen/family room is a half-landing with a bathroom (shower, basin and loo)and a bedroom (10ft11 x 8ft1, 3m x 2.4m) with adult sized twin bunk beds.

Between the living/dining room and the top floor is a spacious, sunny terrace with a table and two chairs as well as a collection of potted plants. The terrace overlooks the neighbouring rooftops and the Empress State Building – a skyscraper built in the 60s and formally used by the British Secret Service! This is a wonderful sunny place – a perfect place to enjoy a breakfast al fresco.

On the top floor is the master bedroom (12ft7 x 10ft6, 3.8m x 3.2m) which has an attractive wooden bed, set of drawers, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. This is a comfortable room with ethnic bed linen and an eclectic selection of wall art which have all been framed differently but seem to effortlessly complement the room.

Adjoining is a large en-suite bathroom with black and white tiled floor, twin basins, large bath with shower, bidet and loo.

A single room (12ft11 x 7ft10, 3.6m x 2.1m) next door features a mirrored wardrobe, dressing table with drawers and various art on the walls.

The garden is accessed through the kitchen and features a lush green space to enjoy a meal or chilled glass of wine. There is also a BBQ and a table with two chairs.

The area has lots to offer and good transport links to the centre. At the end of the road (2 min walk) there is a retro English cake shop called Betty Blythe offering a tempting selection of cakes, cupcakes, sandwiches, teas and coffee.

Some 50yds from the house is North End Road Market – selling fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a whole host of other goods. A little further (approx 250yds) there is a swimming pool, gym and a park, as well as several tennis courts. Fulham Broadway is a 15 minute walk away and has a cinema and several supermarkets as well as many restaurants and shops.
