The apartment has two bedrooms - a double and a twin with an additional bed in the living area. There's one bathroom. Wifi internet access is provided. Although Finborough Road is a main thoroughfare, as the living room is heavily double glazed noise is kept to a minimum and should not bother anyone used to city living. The bedrooms face away from the road.

The main living area (18ft 2 x 16ft8, 5.5m x 5.1m) is spacious and features high ceilings and large windows that allow good light into the room. Clean and modern, the room provides two 2-seater sofas, a black marble fireplace, dining table with four chairs and plenty of storage. There is a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and a single bed discreetly tucked away against the wall – when not in use this can be used as additional seating.

The kitchen (10ft 7 x 4ft10, 3.2m x 1.2m) – is modern in style with pale grey walls and cabinets and a white tiled floor – there's also a small pull-out table and chair. It has all the expected appliances including an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, toaster and washing machine.

The master bedroom (10ft7 x 10ft8, 3.2m x 3.3m) has a classic style with high ceilings and neutral tones. There are two bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes and two chairs.

The twin room (9ft x 8ft8, 2.7m x 2.7m) has a shared bedside table and offers plenty of storage in the form of fitted wardrobes. The modern bathroom is tiled throughout and has a bath with over-shower, basin and loo.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from West Brompton tube station (District line). Earl's Court (tube District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) is not much further.

There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area. The Troubadour (263-265 Old Brompton Road), the famous cafe/bar is close by – in 1962 Bob Dylan played his first impromptu gig here! It's a great place to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine whilst listening to a band or catching the latest exhibition. For open space you have Brompton Cemetary vitually on your doorstep - it covers 16.5 hectares and is one of the finest cemeteries in the country.

This is a No Smoking property.
