The front door opens onto the cosy cottage style eat-in kitchen (13ft x 12ft, 3.95m x 3.65m) which offers plenty of rustic character with its eclectic mix of furniture and artwork. White painted floors reflect the light and complement the olive coloured walls. There’s a pretty chandelier that hangs above a wooden table that seats four to six and paintings and photographs created by the owner’s friends. The usual expected appliances can be found in the kitchen including: microwave, oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and several cafetiers - there is no washing machine but there is an excellent laundry / dry cleaners located nearby.

The first set of stairs leads to a large open-plan reception room (21ft x 13ft, 6.65m x 3.9m) that bathes the room in plenty of light with its large sash windows and French doors.

As well as providing superb views of the local church spires and traditional neighbouring houses, the reception room displays yet more personal touches with two proud portraits of the owner’s ancestors and an array of comfortable seating and stylish design features.
