Your nearest tube, 7 minutes walk, is Parsons Green (District line), from there its 15 minutes to South Kensington and Victoria.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and sleeps 7/8 in two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with 4ft wide bed - cosy for 2. There are 3 bathrooms.

The house has a wifi broadband internet connection.

The front door opens onto a small entrance hall leading immediately to the open-plan ground floor living space incorporating sitting area and leading to kitchen/dining area and thence out into the patio garden.

The sitting area (16ft6 x 14ft, 5m x 4.25m) has a 2 seater sofa and 3 easy chairs round a low wooden coffee table and in front of a real-flame, coal-effect gas fire - very cosy in winter. There is a TV+DVD player and a small radio/CD player (bring your own CDs).

A small working area, desk and table, leads to the kitchen/dining area (18ft x 14ft6, 5.5m x 4.4m). The dining table seats up to 10 people and the kitchen has all the expected appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer.

Also on the ground floor is a small bathroom, doubling as a guest cloakroom, with shower, basin and loo.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, a double (12ft6 x 9ft10, 3.8m x 3m) with 4ft6 wide bed, a twin (14ft x 11ft, 4.3m x 3.4m) and another bedroom (11ft6 x 9ft3, 3.5m x 2.8m) with a 4ft wide bed - spacious for one, cosy for 2!. This floor has the second bathroom - bath, basin and loo.

On the top floor the master bedroom (14ft x 14ft, 4.25m x 4.25m) has a 5ft wide bed and its own en-suite bathroom - bath, basin and loo. It also has French windows that open onto a roof terrace (19ft9 x 9ft3, 6m x 2.8m) giving views over the local neighbourhood.

French windows from the kitchen/dining area lead out to an attractive patio garden (6ft6 x 15ft6, 5m x 4.75m) with garden table and 6 chairs. It's west facing so gets all the afternoon sun and is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a hard day sightseeing, or for alfresco dining.

Local (within 5 minutes walk) restaurants include Mao Tai, described by some critics as "having among the finest Chinese food in London" and Strada - authentic cooking from the Amalfi region of Italy. Your local pub is The White Horse, the old coaching inn on Parsons Green, known by real ale aficionados worldwide.
