Situated 5 minutes walk from Latimer Road tube station and 10 minutes from Ladbroke Grove tube station (both Hammersmith & City and Circle lines), this property is well located for shopping and entertainment in West London. Notting Hill with its famous market is only a few minutes walk from Ladbroke Grove station.
From the map you might think that the house would suffer noise from the busy A40 running to its south. Rest assured the property is a good 150m away and protected by the line of houses on the south side of the street - the gentle trickle of the water feature is louder than the sound of traffic!
The house sleeps 7 in two double rooms, a room with twin bunk beds and a single. There are three bathrooms (two en-suite), and a guest cloakroom/loo. Wireless internet access is available throughout.
The details in this house have been carefully thought through, creating a contemporary yet functional space with stunning design touches on each floor – the property wouldn't look out of place in an exclusive interior design magazine! The rooms appear to 'flow' effortlessly into one another and the space combines natural elements with a mixture of fabrics and materials such as stainless steel, wood, leather, animal hide, wool, plastic and glass. The best example of this can be found on the ground floor where parts of the wall feature large glass panels, providing a glimpse of the natural elements outside.

After walking through the dramatic hallway with its large mirror and attractive tiled flooring, your arrive at the living area (19ft4 x 12ft, 5.9m x 3.6m) which is eclectic and contemporary in style. The room features a large sofa, animal hide chair, modern 'bean bag' style table, solid wooden dresser and a stiking modern white chandelier. The room offers a comfortable and stylish space to relax and features a large flat-screen TV with digital channels and a Blue Ray DVD player. A selection of contemporary art adorns the walls.
This room opens out onto a study area which is divided by a set of glass doors. This area has floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a desk and chair and a bold zebra hide rug which acts as a striking centre piece. Part of the wall next to the desk is made of glass and overlooks a palm tree outside.
The study 'flows' into the kitchen area (19ft9 x 15ft11, 6m x 4.6m) – an eye-catching modern space combining sleek black wooden surfaces with stainless steel, glass and modern lighting. The fully equiped kitchen includes everything you will need: fridge, freezer, coffee making machine, oven, several cafetiers and iPod doc. There's a washing machine and dryer located in a separate room next to the bathroom (opposite the study).

There are many beautiful elements that make this room special: a section of the wall and ceiling appears to have been 'cut away' and filled in with glass panels – providing the room with plenty of light and bringing the natural elements outside into the kitchen.
Other features include adjustable accent lighting above the sink, sleek black kitchen cabinets and a central stainless steel kitchen unit which features an under-counter wine cooler, breakfast bar with three stylish stools and several cooking hobs. The dining area is at the far side of the kitchen next to the French doors – this area boasts contemporary lighting, colourful artwork, modern table with four leather chairs and a bench.
French doors open out onto the garden – a peaceful area which combines wooden decking with pavement slabs. There is a wooden table with two benches and six chairs, a relaxing water feature and several potted trees.
