Our Properties

Most of our properties are either the homes of Londoners who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre.

All are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities.

Most are no more than 10 minutes from the tube - often less.

All properties come with their own "mini guide" to the area covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, pubs, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc.

All properties have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Some have a computer and internet access.

The prices quoted are per property per night - please remember we have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. Prices are payable in £s and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.50 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of £90 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

If you book consecutive rentals in London and Paris the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of £500 (€750).

Fulham Road (Ref: FUL) - sleeps 2/3, from £115 (US$175) per night.

This immaculate "retro" apartment is just one minute from Fulham Broadway, underground station (District line), good convenience shopping, a multi-screen cinema and several restaurants. Fans of British football will also appreciate its location just two minutes from Chelsea Football Ground. The fashionable King's Road, renowned for its fine shopping and many restaurants is just five minutes on foot. You will not be short of local pleasures!

The property sleeps two people in one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a third - under 16 only - can be accommodated on a blow-up. Broadband wireless internet is provided.

Ethelburga Tower (Ref: ETW) - sleeps 4, from £125 (US$190) per night.

With great views over Battersea Park and the iconic Battersea Power Station, you will really appreciate this property's 7/8th floor location (good lift!). Set in a secure block, this apartment also features its own private balcony which gets a healthy dose of sunshine throughout the day. The aparment sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, there is one bathroom. Car parking is available on request.

Rostrevor Road (Ref: RTV2) - sleeps 4/5, from £150 (US$225) per night.

This modern 2nd floor mansion block apartment (no lift) is located 10 minutes walk from Parson’s Green (District line) and makes a good and affordable base for exploring the city.

The property sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, with a 5th person able to be accommodated on a comfortable sofa-bed in the living area, there is one bathroom. Wireless broadband internet is provided.

Bishop's Park Road (Ref: BSH) - sleeps 4, from £155 (US$235) per night.

This charming apartment is located in Fulham – close to The King's Road which is well known for its excellent boutiques and restaurants. It is in a quiet spot opposite a small green with private tennis courts (to which you can have access). It is also just a few minutes walk from lovely Fulham Palace Gardens, Bishop's Park, and the River Thames. Football enthusiasts will be pleased to note that it is also not far from Craven Cottage, the home ground of the famous Fulham Football Club. Your nearest tube, less than 10 mins on foot, is Putney Bridge (District line).

The flat is on the second floor of a mansion block (no lift) and sleeps four in two double rooms, there is one bathroom. Wireless internet access is provided.

Crown Reach Ref: CWN) - sleeps 2, from £165 (US$245) per night.

You are sure to be impressed with this superb contemporary apartment; from the marble flooring to the breathtaking views and the spacious terrace, this property really has to be seen to fully appreciate how very special it is.

Located on the 7th floor of a secure, fully portered block and overlooking the river Thames, this modern apartment combines fantastic views with a great location. It has excellent transport links as it's within 5 minutes walk of Pimlico tube station (Victoria line) and just one stop away from Victoria.

Purser's Cross Road (Ref: PRX) - sleeps 4/6, from £220 (US$330) per night.

This delightful property is located just five minutes walking distance from Parson's Green underground station (District line). There is a variety of restaurants, shops and boutiques in the area and the tube from Parson's Green will get you anywhere central within 20 minutes.

The property sleeps four/six in two double rooms and one double sofa bed, there are two bathrooms. Wireless internet access is provided.

Donne Place (Ref: DNE) - sleeps 4, from £215 (US$325) per night.

Antique furniture, fine art and comfortable furnishings combine with tasteful elegance to make this property the natural choice for someone who is looking for affordable quality in a top location. With Harrods just 10 minutes walk away, lovely Hyde Park not much further and some of the best London restaurants in the area, this property is a great find. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is very limited traffic noise.

Edith Terrace (Ref: ETH) - sleeps 6, from £295 (US$445) per night.

This property is the London pied-à-terre of Lord and Lady .......... They have a huge pile in Yorkshire ("in the family for over 1,000 years – never been sold") where they spend most of their time, so their London flat is often available for our guests!

The first floor flat is in Chelsea and located 10 minutes walking distance from Fulham Broadway with The King's Road a few steps away at the end of the road. Here you will find a plethora of good quality restaurants, cafés, bars and boutiques. Frequent buses (the no.11 and the no.22) service The King's Road and will take you to Sloane Square (the centre of the universe for the London upper-crust!) in minutes.
