The prices quoted are per property per night - please remember we have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish.
Prices are payable in £s and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.50 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of £90 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.
If you book consecutive rentals in London and Paris the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of £500 (€600).

This 3rd floor apartment, the London pad of a young globe trotting classical conductor, is on the 3rd floor (with lift access) of a recently renovated house in a quiet leafy street, away from the bustle of the main roads. The flat sleeps 2/3 people in one double bedroom and a comfortable sofabed, there's one bathroom. Wifi internet access is provided.
It is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from Notting Hill and the famous Portobello Road. Westbourne Park and Royal Oak tube stations (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) are both about 5/7 mins walk away. The area has a plethora of good restaurants, pubs and cafés, not to mention excellent boutique shopping.
Ethelburga Tower (Ref: ETW) - sleeps 4, from £125 (US$190) per night.
With great views over Battersea Park and the iconic Battersea Power Station, you will really appreciate this property's 7/8th floor location (good lift!). Set in a secure block, this apartment also features its own private balcony which gets a healthy dose of sunshine throughout the day. The aparment sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, there is one bathroom. Car parking is available on request.
Hannington Road (Ref: HNN) - sleeps 4/5, from £130 (US$195) per night.
This attractive, modern property is well located - "south of the river" in attractive and trendy Clapham. This is an area popular with professionals and young families because of its proximity to the wide open spaces of Clapham Common (5 minutes walk from the flat), the excellent transport links (Clapham Common tube – Northern Line, within 10 minutes walk) and the good collection of quality bars, restaurants and shops in and around Clapham Old Town.
The property sleeps four people in one double and one twin bedroom, a fifth person can be accommodated on a sofa-bed. There are two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Wireless internet is provided.. The owner of this property was an interior designer – and it shows, every detail has been carefully thought out and executed. The flat is welcoming and homely as well as being stylish.
Metro Central Heights (2) (Ref: MCH2) - sleeps 4/6, from £140 (US$210) per night.
This modern apartment is set across three floors, 16th - 18th and we are pleased to say there definitely is lift access! The panoramic views are some of the best we've seen. From the top floor you can see the all the famous London landmarks including the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, Canary Wharf and the brand new Shard building - you'll never get bored of looking at this view and there's even a telescope for you to use!
Although perfectly safe, this area is not the most attractive part of London, hence the low cost of this flat. Frankly, with its good transport links, fantastic views and facilities and closeness to the South Bank, it's a steal and wonderful value for what you are getting.

This south-west facing apartment is on the top floor (there is a lift) of a private secure block. Views from the apartment are impressive, with the iconic Battersea Power Station visible from the French windows in the main living area. The apartment provides one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one single bedroom, a double sofa bed and second, separate, bathroom. Free off-street car parking is available.
Rostrevor Road (Ref: RTV2) - sleeps 4/5, from £150 (US$225) per night.
This modern 2nd floor mansion block apartment (no lift) is located 10 minutes walk from Parson’s Green (District line) and makes a good and affordable base for exploring the city.
The property sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, with a 5th person able to be accommodated on a comfortable sofa-bed in the living area, there is one bathroom. Wireless broadband internet is provided.
Bishop's Park Road (Ref: BSH) - sleeps 4, from £155 (US$235) per night.
This charming apartment is located in Fulham – close to The King's Road which is well known for its excellent boutiques and restaurants. It is in a quiet spot opposite a small green with private tennis courts (to which you can have access). It is also just a few minutes walk from lovely Fulham Palace Gardens, Bishop's Park, and the River Thames. Football enthusiasts will be pleased to note that it is also not far from Craven Cottage, the home ground of the famous Fulham Football Club. Your nearest tube, less than 10 mins on foot, is Putney Bridge (District line).

Donne Place (Ref: DNE) - sleeps 4, from £215 (US$325) per night.
Antique furniture, fine art and comfortable furnishings combine with tasteful elegance to make this property the natural choice for someone who is looking for affordable quality in a top location. With Harrods just 10 minutes walk away, lovely Hyde Park not much further and some of the best London restaurants in the area, this property is a great find. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is very limited traffic noise.
St George Wharf (Ref: SGW) - sleeps 4, from £240 (US$360) per night.
This is a special apartment, on the corner of the 9th floor, with a panoramic view over the Thames, Tate Gallery, Palace of Westminster (House of Commons and House of Lords) and the London Eye. The apartment enjoys great transportation links on its doorstep, being adjacent to London's first integrated transport centre and giving immediate access to the underground (Vauxhall tube station - Victoria line), buses, rail network and river transport.
