Our Properties

Most of our properties are either the homes of Londoners who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre.

All are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities.

Most are no more than 10 minutes from the tube - often less.

All properties come with their own "mini guide" to the area covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, pubs, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc.

All properties have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Some have a computer and internet access.

The prices quoted are per property per night - please remember we have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. Prices are payable in £s and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.50 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of £90 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

If you book consecutive rentals in London and Paris the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of £500 (€600).

Breer Street (Ref: BRE) - sleeps 2, from £115 (US$175) per night.

This ground floor flat has a natural air of calm due to its modern flowing design and sleek lines. The property is located on a quiet road, off Wandsworth Bridge Road (good local buses), some 10 minutes walk to The Kings Road (more buses) and not much further to the nearest tube - Parson's Green (District line), which can be reached via a pleasant walk though your local park - South Park.

The apartment sleeps two in a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Wireless internet is provided.

         



Ethelburga Tower (Ref: ETW) - sleeps 4, from £125 (US$190) per night.

With great views over Battersea Park and the iconic Battersea Power Station, you will really appreciate this property's 7/8th floor location (good lift!). Set in a secure block, this apartment also features its own private balcony which gets a healthy dose of sunshine throughout the day. The aparment sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, there is one bathroom. Car parking is available on request.

         



Queens Court (2) (Ref: QSC2) - sleeps 2/4, from £130 (US$195) per night.

Centrally located with excellent transport links, this small apartment is perfect for a couple or small family who wish to explore London. It's a stone's throw from Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace; the famous Portobello Road market is just a 15/20 minute walk.

The flat sleeps 2/4 people in a double bedroom and on a double sofa-bed in the living area (pictured above), there is one bathroom. Wireless internet is provided.

         



Settrington Road (Ref: SET) - sleeps 4, from £145 (US$220) per night.

This immaculate contemporary apartment affords a great location close to King's Road. Set across two floors,the first and second, one of the best features of this apartment are the two private terraces, one on each floor, overlooking a pretty green space called South Park - it's rare to find private outdoor space like this in the centre of London!

The property sleeps four in two double rooms, there are two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Wireless internet is provided.

         



Rostrevor Road (Ref: RTV2) - sleeps 4/5, from £150 (US$225) per night.

This modern 2nd floor mansion block apartment (no lift) is located 10 minutes walk from Parson’s Green (District line) and makes a good and affordable base for exploring the city.

The property sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, with a 5th person able to be accommodated on a comfortable sofa-bed in the living area, there is one bathroom. Wireless broadband internet is provided.




Cheyne Place (Ref: CHP) - sleeps 4, from £165 (US$245) per night.

This attractive flat is on the first floor (good lift) of a 1920s built block. Its spacious, well presented, and furnished in traditional style. The Kings Road with its fashion boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants is 5 minutes walk. Sloane Square (tube District and Circle lines) is less than 10 minutes away.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedroom. There's one bathroom.




Crown Reach Ref: CWN) - sleeps 2, from £180 (US$270) per night.

You are sure to be impressed with this superb contemporary apartment; from the marble flooring to the breathtaking views and the spacious terrace, this property really has to be seen to fully appreciate how very special it is.

Located on the 7th floor of a secure, fully portered block and overlooking the river Thames, this modern apartment combines fantastic views with a great location.

It has excellent transport links as it's within 5 minutes walk of Pimlico tube station (Victoria line) and just one stop away from Victoria.




Elm Park Gardens (2) (Ref: ELM2) - sleeps 4, from £190 (US$285) per night.

This property has lots of character - and this is why it's better than staying in a bland hotel! The Italian owners certainly know a thing or two about interior design/art and have created a space which perfectly combines classic and contemporary features - making a stylish apartment with a homely feel. The location is great too; the apartment is in the heart of Chelsea right next to The King's Road, famed for its boutique shopping and restaurants. Your nearest tube station, within a 10 minute walk, is South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines).

This south-west facing apartment is on the top floor (there is a lift) of a private secure block. Views from the apartment are impressive, with the iconic Battersea Power Station visible from the French windows in the main living area. The apartment provides one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one single bedroom, a double sofa bed and second, separate, bathroom. Free off-street car parking is available.

         



Latymer Court (Ref: LAT) - sleeps 6, from £215 (US$325) per night.

If you're looking for an apartment with easy access to central London then this property ticks all the boxes. Located less than 5 minutes from Hammersmith underground station, the property provides the perfect base to explore London. This private and secure apartment complex also has everything you need right on your doorstep including several cafes, a hair salon and grocery shops.

The property sleeps six in two double bedrooms and one twin room. There's one full bathroom and an additional loo. Wireless internet is provided.

         



Lower Sloane Street (5) (Ref: LSS5 - sleeps 4, from £220 (US$330) per night.

This spacious property affords a fantastic location 2 minutes walking distance from Sloane Square on the Belgravia/Chelsea border. It's moments from King's Road with its many excellent restaurants and boutiques.

The flat sleeps four in two double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. A put-me-up bed can be used if sleeping arrangements require it. Wireless internet is provided.

         



St George Wharf (Ref: SGW) - sleeps 4, from £240 (US$360) per night.

This is a special apartment, on the corner of the 9th floor, with a panoramic view over the Thames, Tate Gallery, Palace of Westminster (House of Commons and House of Lords) and the London Eye. The apartment enjoys great transportation links on its doorstep, being adjacent to London's first integrated transport centre and giving immediate access to the underground (Vauxhall tube station - Victoria line), buses, rail network and river transport. In addition there's a "Boris Bike" hire station and fully secure basement parking. London's West End is within walking distance.

Milner Street is in one of the smartest parts of Chelsea, some would even call it Knightsbridge! Indeed Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube station (Piccadilly line) are the same distance as Sloane Square (the centre of the universe for the London upper-crust) and its tube (District and Circle lines); both just 5 minutes walk.

The accommodation is arranged over 5 floors and sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a single with a pull-out trundle bed.




Lewisham Street (Ref: LEW) - sleeps 6, from £425 (US$640) per night.

This ultra-modern house offers an unrivalled central location, with Westminster Abbey just 2 minutes away (yes really!) and St James's Park, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Embankment within a 5 minute walk. Some of London's most iconic landmarks are literally on your doorstep and many of the city's famous attractions are within easy walking distance.

The house, arranged over 5 floors, is very modern in style and is tucked away down a little side street. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 double bedrooms - though if needed one person can sleep on a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms and a guest loo.
