Good-value apartment in convenient Pimlico location – sleeps 4.  Map

7 nights or more 5 or 6 nights
Price per night £150 £170

This attractive first floor flat overlooks St George's Square and is only 2 minutes away from Pimlico tube station (Victoria line). Tate Britain and the river Thames are within a 5 minure walk. Pimlico is a part of London with handsome Georgian houses and pretty squares.

The apartment sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom sharing one bathroom. Wireless internet is provided.

The spacious open-plan combined living / kitchen area (16ft4 x 15ft7, 5m x 4.8m) is modern in style and gets good natural light from the large French windows that open out onto a small balcony.

Dark wooden floors, soft-lighting from various lamps and a two-seater leather sofa topped with pattered cushions create a comfortable space which feels light and airy. There's a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels for your entertainment and a separate dining area with a glass dining table and four chairs – the dining area overlooks the leafy square outside.

The kitchen area features everything you would expect: oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer. There's a washing machine (no dryer) and several local launderettes close by.

The French doors lead out onto a small balcony (not suitable for small children) which overlooks St George's Square and a church – the sound of the church bells is charming! The balcony has its own table and chairs, so you can relax in the sunshine and watch the world pass by.

From the living area you can hear the sound of passing traffic, but this is nothing out of the ordinary for a centrally located London property!

Along the hallway and down a few steps is the master bedroom (21ft3 x 9ft2, 6.5m x 2.8m) which is a modern room with pale grey walls, thick cream carpet and a fitted wardrobe. This comfortable room overlooks the gardens at the back of the house.

The twin room (11ft4 x 6ft11, 3.5m x 1.9m) is a few doors along from the master and shares the same tone on the walls. There is a lamp and wardrobe.

The modern-style bathroom is tiled throughout and has a contemporary silver-toned floor. There is a shower, basin and loo.

The area has a handful of good traditional pubs that are well worth a visit and there are a number of very reasonable restaurants around Churton and Tachbrook streets. For more restaurant and bar options, as well as several theatres, Victoria is 10 a minute walk or just one stop on the underground.

Tate Britain, a must-see attraction for art lovers, is 5 minutes away as is the Thames. Take a stroll along the river and see where it takes you.......

This is a No Smoking property.
