The property is set on three floors and sleeps a maximum of 6 – two in the master bedroom, two in a twin room and two more in a room with two bunk beds and a single bed (effectively another twin). There are two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a separate loo.
Nearest tube stations are High Street Kensington (District and Circle lines) and Gloucester Road (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) both about 5 minutes walk away.
The property has wifi broadband internet access.

From the moment you enter this house you will know that you've chosen somewhere very special. The first room you will see is the dining room (14ft7 x 12ft1, 4.5m x 3.7m) – a spacious room with attractive design features – this room wouldn't look out of place in an interior design magazine. From the contemporary wallpaper and mirrored cabinets, down to the modern lighting and handsome marble fireplace, everything in this room has been well thought out.
There is a large table which seats six and lots of interesting features to keep guests' chatting including a bronze bust of the owner's head!

The large open-plan kitchen (19ft x 14ft7, 5.8m x 4.5m) provides plenty of space and features a genuine Aga oven, American-style fridge-freezer with a water dispenser and ice-maker, espresso maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is also a glass-roofed dining area with a table that can seat six.
French doors from the kitchen lead to a small courtyard outside – which provides a bench where guests can enjoy their morning coffee.

The drawing room (17ft3 x 15ft, 5.3m x 4.6m), on the first floor, has an eclectic mix of furniture and provides a comfortable space which has a very grand feel.
The zebra skin table has been imported from Africa and makes a great eye-catching feature. There is a large two-seater sofa, three chairs and two large windows which let in plenty of light. The coal-effect fire and array of interesting artwork completes the room – a classic space with cultural references.
There also a TV with digital cable chanels.

Also on this floor is the twin bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom (17ft x 11ft4, 5.2m x 3.5m) has been decorated with pale-green mottled wallpaper and country-style fabrics, there are two single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp and a small chair. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, basin and loo. Next door there is a another loo.

The master bedroom (15ft x 14ft4, 4.6m x 4.4) is located on the top floor and has a super-king size bed (6ft x 6ft6), fresh mint green walls, bold printed curtains and dark wooden furniture. Several portraits of the owner add a nice personal touch to the room too!
The bedroom features fitted wardrobes, a silk chaise longue and various pieces of framed art on the walls – it also has a very large en-suite bathroom with a double marble-top basin, large separate shower, bath and loo.

Also on the top floor is the third bedroom (12ft7 x 8ft2, 3.9m x 2.5m) with 2 bunk beds and a single bed – effectively another twin. It has been decorated with mint green walls, colourful Paul Smith wall hanging, chequered curtains and plenty of storage space for clothing.
Not only does High Street Kensington have a fantastic range of high-street and designer shops, but it also provides many fine restaurants and traditional English pubs. For something special, guests can dine at the Kensington Roof Gardens (owned by Sir Richard Branson) and experience stunning gardens one hundred feet above ground.
South Kensington with its famous museums is walking distance from the property – here you can enjoy the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the V&A (Victoria & Albert Museum).
